It was a glorious day that brings joy to everyone’s heart.  One could ask anyone if that was the case and get an affirmative response.  Well, practically everyone for Mike would not have agreed.  He had plans to go with his friends for some entirely forgettable but wonderful adventure with his buddies but an unexpected parental decree changed his plans.  Mike was required to watch his kid bother Stevie who wasn’t quite twelve.© Y Lee Coyote

Instead being with his buddies, Mike was now with Stevie in the local park and they had gotten tired of catch.  Actually, Mike had gotten exasperated by his brother’s lack of aptitude to this simplest of sports and switched to walking about.  When Stevie encountered some younger boys he interfered with their game and bullied them.  That Mike found totally unacceptable and pulled the misbehaving boy to a bench a short distance away.

The obligatory lecture was totally ignored by the errant boy with even less effect than water on a duck’s back as evidenced by his expression.  This made Mike even angrier.  He immediately decided to do what he had experienced from their father a few years earlier – spank his brother.  Other than playful birthday spankings he had not done it before.

A determined big brother can usually make his kid brother “cooperate” in close physical activities – such as spankings – thanks to superior physical strength.  This is what happened this time for Mike grabbed Stevie quickly and firmly and pulled him over his lap.

The initial few spanks were on Stevie’s covered behind.  They were hard and furiously delivered.  The speed at which this happened caught Stevie by surprise for which he howled more than he cried in pain.  Mike then continued with surprises.  Just as easily as he pulled Stevie down he raised him back up so he could yank down his shorts and TW’s.  He then flipped him back over his lap.

The hard spanks then resumed with even greater effect.  Stevie howled loudly as his now bare bottom was turning crimson red.  The anterior end was showing distress with sobbing and more.

Then, unexpectedly, there was a change!  For suddenly Officer Tobeck of the two-year-old Corporal Punishment Police was there.

“STOP THAT SPANKING INSTANTLY.” he commanded forcefully.  The stunned Mike did so thanks to the command presence of the uniformed officer.

Mike froze from shock and was soon subjected to a lesson about the corporal punishment laws which he was violating.

He was also informed that the judges assigned to the CP courts were known for their strictness.  They felt that violators should be given a serious taste of their own transgression with several implements so that they would truly understand spanking through their entire bodies.

That, explained Officer Tobeck helpfully, meant a severe spanking with at least three implements.  Those that suffered it claimed that it is a most unforgettable experience.

“NO!  NO!  NO!” yelled a most distressed Stevie. “Don’t do that.  My big brother was right to spank me for I was very naughty.  Please Mr. Policeman, please.”

“For first offenders I am allowed to administer summary judgement with this paddle.  Do you want that instead of going to court?” said the officer cheerfully.  Privately he was hoping he would have that pleasure.

Since the other option was so extreme there was nothing to think about so Mike immediately accepted.

“Very well, young man.  Drop your pants and lean over the bench with your butt up high and your hands on the top.  Boy hold your brother’s hands so he does not move.”

In a minute they were all in position and the officer started swinging his official paddle.  Mike howled loudly when he felt each kiss of the paddle on his bare ass.

Secretly he was glad his brother was holding him in place as hard pop followed hard pop turning his tail into a raging pain center.  He managed not to cry but the tears flowed anyway.

Eventually Tobeck stopped paddling.  “OK, that’s it.  Remember no more spanking in public.” he said and resumed his patrol.  Mike stood up and rubbed his red-hot tail.  Then he pulled up his pants.  He thought that the cop’s paddling was very memorable and shuddered at the thought of what a judge of the CP court might have ordered.

“You took that very well big brother.  I’m ever so proud of you.” Stevie said to his big brother.  “I’m sorry that you got paddled.”

“Not your fault.  Let’s walk around.  I don’t feel like sitting.” which they did before getting home.

Once they were back in their shared room a guilt laden Stevie said “I’ve been a naughty boy.  Please give me the spanking I deserve.”

And Mike took Stevie’s pants down, pulled him over his lap and spanked him soundly.  After which they hugged each other for a long time.
