Principal Nolan of Eastside Junior High school was looking out of his office window at the school yard at lunch time.  He was thinking about exactly what he was going to say at the afternoon assembly when in an instant things became crystal clear as events unfolded before him.© Y Lee Coyote

There was a gaggle of fifteen-year-old girls from the ninth grade that he sensed was up to no good.  He watched them closely through his high power binoculars.  It was only a few minutes later that his instincts were proven right.  He watched as Katy Rugg reached under her skirt, which was the absolute minium allowed by the dress code, and pulled down and removed her panties.

This was, of course, against the rules but in and of itself not a serious violation.  Dr. Nolan did not think it was good practice to pounce on every infraction.  He did, however, continue to observe that gaggle more than the rest of the students.

His instincts proved right for immediately after the bell rang Ms. Rugg bent over, flipped up her skirt and mooned the boys reentering the school.  They were most appreciative and both applauded and howled their delight.  Truth be told, Dr. Nolan smiled in appreciation as a male although he was outranged as the principal with such antics.

It was halfway through the assembly period and he was finished boring the almost three hundred young teens with talk of proper behavior and decorum in school.  He segued to something far more interesting.

“Today at lunch break I regrettably observed some most inappropriate behaviors such as I have been talking about.  One of the girls here removed her underpants and mooned the boys returning to class.”  He had to pause until the snickering stopped.  “I’m sure you all are aware that this is a serious offence of the school code and has earned the offender a paddling.”

To the students surprise the expected naming of the lass with orders to report to his office after classes did not happen for instead he said “Ms. Katy Rugg please come up onto the stage.”

Slowly the girl did as ordered and was directed to bend over a chair that seemingly magically appeared in the proper place.  “You will receive six pops.”  He stepped over and flipped up her skirt.  “I see you have replaced your panties.  Please remove them again.”

The girl’s protests were dismissed out of hand.  “Nothing more than you were happily displaying earlier, Ms. Rugg.” said the Principal.  The boys and even some of the girls were delighted.

They were even more delighted as the paddle was raised and swung.  There was a howl from the targeted lass and a pretty young rump turned pink.  As this was repeated five more times the howls got louder while the bottom turned a deep crimson red.

“Please return to your seat, Ms. Rugg.” ordered Dr. Nolan and I hope that you will never repeat such improper misbehavior.  He did not try to talk any more but let the students talk among themselves until the bell rang for the next class.

When they were home after school, Roy her seventh grade brother, said: “Sis there was general approval of your shows today by the guys.  Many said your ass was great especially after it was turned red.”

She grunted in acknowledgment not wishing to talk about such events of the day especially with her kid brother..

“I think that you will find that Dad will call it A SLUTTY DISGRACE and I definitely agree.”

“I don’t need your opinion.” she snarled back in high dungeon.

Roy knew well enough to keep silent but he was sure that when their dad returned from his business trip later he would provide great entertainment.

Dad called at six and had several things on his mind.  He had heard from the school and was absolutely appalled by Katy’s lascivious action.  First, he wanted to see how red the paddled bottom was.  Katy was to bend over and Roy to use his phone’s camera for the remote evaluation.  Not surprisingly Katy objected to providing such a display but was reminded that she did have any such an issue displaying her posterior a few hours earlier and once again had to remove her panties.

“Father, it is only fair to note that Katy’s rear was redder when on display in the auditorium right after Dr. Nolan paddled it.” said Roy while he did not miss the opportunity to record his sister’s display.

Dad ordered that she cut a switch and Roy was to help in the selection because of his experience.  A little later and back on the phone, dad approved of the selection.

Then came Dad’s bomb shell that he was forced to extend his business trip another day but since punishment should be prompt Roy was to give his big, but extremely naughty, sister proper six cuts on her red bottom with the freshly cut switch.

The siblings reacted exactly as you would expect however Dad was adamant.  He had to threaten far more severe punishments should she not cooperate.

Soon to Roy’s great delight, his sister was bent over the couch and he was in position with the switch.  The scene was very familiar to him but the actors were not.  To say that he was delighted would be the understatement of the year.

As their father watched Roy delivered the six cuts.  Not only was he thankful to be doing this but glad that dad could not see his grin.  After the first cut he was chastised for being too easy.  That one would not count and he was to restart using proper force.

“Yes, father.” he said as restarted.  He did not dare to go easy because his father would most certainly painfully remind him when he got home what was proper.  Katy was howling from start to end as her already sore bottom was switched.

When it was over, she was told that she was grounded and forbidden to leave the house.  Roy quickly uploaded the precious video and deleted it from his phone.  He then apologized to his sister that he was afraid to hit easier as Dad would have required even harder repeats.  Although that was true, he would have been delighted to hit even harder.
