Both siblings were deeply affected by the Friday evening spankings although in very different ways.  Megan was quite elated for she had gotten to spank two boys.  It was clear that they were both lil boys because they cried even though they were twelve and eighteen-years-old.  She even thought of herself as a mother since they had been totally naked before her just like little boys.  She was certain that Billy would regularly be naked over her lap for many more spankings just like he had with her mother in times to come.

Dominic was a more complex problem for he was three years older than she.  Outwardly he was man but inside an immature little boy and she was certain that she could dominate him regardless of his greater physical strength.  They spent Saturday in entirely different ways.  She was thinking about getting him under her control and he was hanging with his buddies from high school while being most careful not to mention anything about the spanking or its aftereffect of a sore butt to avoid any ridicule.

After he returned home, he showered and wrapped his towel about his middle and went to his bedroom to get to bed.  It was not that simple for Megan surprised him by being there.

"Dominic we need to talk." she said.

"No way.  I don't want to talk.  Get outta of my room."© YLeeCoyote

"I won't leave till we do."

"Then say what you want and go!" he replied figuring that was the fastest way to get her to go.

"I know you protected me and I thank you again for that but spanking you last evening not only felt right but was right."

Dominic could not help replying.  "WHAT!  Spanking your older brother is right?"

"Exactly.  Mom needed my help and you most assuredly needed to be spanked.  Because you bawled I know that I did it right – spanking you like the little boy you most certainly are."

"I'm not a little boy.  I'm a college man." he protested.

"You cried and kicked like a little boy when I was spanking you.  You're not yet a man."

Dominic was speechless so she continued.  "What's the big deal, Dominic?  I'm your sister and I will do the best for you.  You will thank me when your grades improve."  He was still dumbfounded so she reached out and yanked his towel off leaving him naked.

"Hey!" he yelped as he covered his crotch with his hands.

"Nothing to cover up.  I saw it all yesterday and it's nothing to boast of.  My boyfriend is larger soft than you are hard." she taunted stretching the truth.

"If you don't go, I'm calling Mom." he said in desperation.

"Aw, the lil boy needs Mommy to deal with his kid sister?" she laughed.  "Mother is out for the evening so you're stuck with me."  She stepped to his side and gave him a few light spanks.  "Seems what had happened yesterday wasn't enough. I want to make sure when you go back to college you are going to apply yourself so you will be a success in life."

Again, his response was far from brilliant "What?"

"You heard me, I'm planning to make sure that you study and succeed.  And we both know I know how to do it."  Megan walked around him giving a few more spanks.

"Stop that." he snapped trying to sound authoritative.

"That's just a start, Dominic.  I want you to know exactly what is in store if your grades are not great next time."

The horrible realization that she is planing to spank him now and in the future showed on his face.  "You don't have the right to do that." was the best he could muster for a response in his cowed state.

"I did it once and I will do it again.  Right now for that is what lil boys – like you – need."

"I'm not a lil boy."

"You cry like one and look like one."

"You can't spank me."

"Why not?"

"Because you're my little sister and it's just not right."

"Nonsense!  I'm doing this for your own good.  You know I'm far more mature than you.  I don't want to spank you now, but just want to make sure you understand how things will be so it is absolutely necessary.  Now get over my lap."

"NO WAY!" he protested.

Megan yanked him over her lap as she sat on his bed.  She griped his waist and began to spank him with her hand.  You would think that he could just get up but his muscle memory from years of motherly spankings clouded his mind and thus kept him in place.  "Stop this." he yelled but she spanked more and even adds some lecturing about getting good grades and not goofing off nor partying.

Dominic cannot believe that he has not stopped her.  Nor does he believe how he is feeling like a little boy draped over his mommy's lap.  After a bit she switched to the flip-flop she prepared.  He started to cry and soon was bawling.  He was ashamed.  As she spanked and lectured he responded with "Yes, Ma'am." as he increasingly came to believe that his sister was in charge for he's just a lil boy.

He was ever so thankful when she stopped whacking his bottom and parked him in the corner to contemplate his failings.  In the many times that he was in the corner in the past that is what he did.  This time not only did he do that but could not shake off the idea that he was just a lil boy with his botty ablaze.  His thoughts about Megan were also strange as she was wielding some awful power over him.

When she called him from the corner, he quickly obeyed standing naked before her without the shame he felt previously.  He enthusiastically echoed her directives to study and to eschew the temptations of parties and the like.  As he even confessed being a lil boy, she quickly ran her electric razor through his pubes before he realized it.  He was so shocked that he couldn't prevent her from completing the job and telling him he must keep them that way until he gets good grades and that she would regularly check via phone.

It was a very somber Dominic who traveled back to school on Sunday morning.

It was on Sunday that Megan encountered Billy on the street and was able to talk to him.  "I hope that you are OK after the spanking I gave you.  You should not be any more embarrassed because it was from me rather than my mother.  You don't have to worry that I will tell because spanking is a private matter and not for gossip."  She paused to let the boy absorb that and then continued.  "You are not the first boy I've spanked although the first I've not been babysitting.  You might think of me as a big sister or cousin rather than just a neighbor and come over for help from me just like you do from Mother.  I'll treat you just like I do my brother."

That was a lot for Billy to deal with so he just mumbled "Thanks." and he would have hurried off to think about things except that Megan had even more to say.

"Billy, our mothers have talked and agreed that sometimes you need a good spanking so sometime your mom will send you to get one.  Of course, anytime that you feel that you need one for whatever reason you should just come over and say so and Mother or I will help you."

Billy had a lot to think about.
